eterinary Services
Fernandina Beach Animal Clinic is a high quality, well equipped veterinary facility designed to meet the majority of health care needs of dogs and cats, as well as limited care for exotic pets. Our caring and capable veterinary and support staff are dedicated to your pet's health and well being. For your convenience, and that of other clients, appointments for all veterinary services are preferred. Walk-in clients are always welcome, but a waiting period is likely while previously scheduled appointments are attended to.

O

utpatient Care
Outpatient well care services include vaccinations, routine parasite testing, de-worming, flea control consultation and heartworm prevention. The clinic also provides a complete range of outpatient care for non-critically ill pets.

n Hospital Care
Hospitalization for more seriously ill pets is provided within our facility. Surgery is performed in our fully equipped veterinary surgical suite. We routinely handle a wide variety of soft tissue and orthopedic cases. Other services include: Complete laboratory diagnostic support, with emergency (stat) lab support available, Radiology (x-ray) department in the facility, Endoscopy, Ultrasonography (sonograms), Pharmacy, Dentistry and Identification Systems implementation.

D

rop Off Service
Pets may be dropped off in the morning at the clinic for both well and sick care as a convenience to our busy clients. Please be aware that the exact time your pet will be attended to is uncertain. Also, it is important that the attending veterinarian be able to reach the pet's owner by telephone if necessary.

E

mergency Service
Call the office, 904-277-4408, in the event of an emergency involving your pet. If calling after regular hours, a recorded message will direct you. A staff veterinarian will return your call or you will be directed to the nearest regional Emergency Clinic.
