Dr. Brian Citino graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2018 with High Honor’s after completing his bachelor’s in pre-professional biology at the University of West Florida. He has lived on Amelia Island since 1993 and still calls it home today with his wife and daughter. Dr. Citino developed interest for his career at an early age as his father is also a veterinarian and instilled passion for animal welfare. His special interests in the field include: Gross pathology; clinical pathology; anesthesia; diagnostic imaging. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Jacksonville Veterinary Medical Society. 

Dr. Citino enjoys his client-patient relationships and believes in a team approach with clients to resolve or manage their pets’ ailments. Companion animals are family members, and he prides himself on treating your family members as he would his own. When he isn’t at the clinic, Dr. Citino loves to spend time with his family, exercising his two dogs Violet and Oliver, going to football games and being in nature.
