Dr. Evan Rosenoff, established Noah’s Ark Veterinary Hospital in North Carolina in 1996. Dr. Rosenoff follows in the footsteps of his father, and 2 uncles who were also veterinarians. It is his hope that he make a difference in the lives of his client’s and their pets.

Dr. Rosenoff grew up in New York and received his B.A. in biology from SUNY Albany in 1983. His degree in veterinary medicine came from Ross University and the University of Tennessee in 1991. Following graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Rosenoff finished his general medicine and surgery internship at the prestigious Animal Medical Center in New York City from 1991-1992.

Dr. Rosenoff sold Noah’s Ark in 2018. He and his wife MaryLou decided to move to Florida and settled in Fernandina Beach in August of 2021.

Dr. Rosenoff has a strong interest in dermatology and general medicine. He currently has 3 dogs ( Jonnie, Little, and JJ)

Dr. Rosenoff is also an active participant in a nonprofit for the conservation of endangered turtles and tortoises. The 6 nonprofit members have close to 200 species of critically endangered turtles and tortoises.
